This is the first session of the EDAS Conference 2021, ‘Planet | People | Place: Scotland’s Climate Opportunity’. This 4-part conference is the headline event in our Climate Conversations Series, running throughout 2021 – 2022.
SESSION OUTLINE
This launch session, aims to explore the ambitions and implications of the net zero transition – globally, for Scotland and for Scotland’s economic development community. COP26 will put Scotland and Glasgow on a global stage in November and this session will help set that global policy and business perspective, and position this in the context of how COP26 could help accelerate ambitions and action.
The EDAS Conference 2021, ‘Planet | People | Place: Scotland’s Climate Opportunity’ series aims to be high calibre, action focused, participative, and contributive to the direction of travel, and opening of opportunities for those on the ground.
