About Peter Devine
Peter is the founder and CEO of Chert AI, a British AI firm focused on finding data easier for information sector workers.
Prior to starting Chert AI, Peter was head of R&D at Lightblue, an AI Startup in Tokyo.
He is the creator of several popular AI models (including Karasu, Suzume, R1-Multilingual, and LB-Reranker) and has contributed to fields such as text clustering and extreme multi label classification during his PhD study at the University of Auckland.
