Please note this event is now fully booked.
This in-person event will feature Ted Howard, President of the Democracy Collaborative (TDC) USA, who will be joined by the Minister for Public Finance,
Planning and Community Wealth, Tom Arthur MSP.
Ted and TDC are originators of the Community Wealth Building movement, and with over 45 years’ experience in progressive Economic Development, there is much to learn from his work in the USA and around the globe.
This event is timely, given the advancement of Community Wealth Building by Scottish Government as part of its wider National Strategy for Economic Transformation, with planned legislation later in the Parliamentary term. The Community Wealth Building (CWB) movement offers Scotland a systemic and historic step change to how we approach the economy and the role of economic development.
