The Future Leaders Network will be hosting its first virtual event at 15:00 on Wednesday 6th December, 2023. Bringing together Economic Development professionals in the earlier stages of their careers and graduates of relevant disciplines, this inaugural event will hear from Neil McInroy, EDAS Chair and Global Lead for Community Wealth Building at The Democracy Collaborative.

The event will also introduce the Network’s founding committee members and give attendees the chance to meet and input into the development of the network.

If you’re in the early stages of your career in economic development, or looking to start in the profession after completing your studies – the team want your input and your participation on the 6th December.

The Future Leaders Network is a community of individuals who, together, will be the driving force behind economic development in Scotland, for years to come.

Practitioners will play a key part in driving the transition to a fairer, wealthier, and greener Scotland. The organisation will be an accessible space where students and professionals can come together to forge new connections and share learnings that will benefit Scotland.
