Scottish Land Commission: Land Rights and Responsibilities Statement Review Webinars
Scottish Land Commissions’s webinars on the Land Rights and Responsibilities Statement (LRRS) review are now open for registration:
Tuesday 11th January, 12pm: Land Rights and Responsibilities Statement Review Webinar – Lunchtime
Thursday 13th January, 7pm: Land Rights and Responsibilities Statement Review Webinar – Evening
Join the Scottish Land Commission and the Scottish Government to learn more about the Land Rights and Responsibilities Statement (LRRS) and how it may apply to you. The LRRS applies to all types of land and building owners and managers in urban and rural Scotland, including public bodies, developers, communities, charities, and more.
It is important to ensure that the LRRS reflects the current context in Scotland and that we have clear mechanisms for implementing the LRRS, and this review is an opportunity to shape the LRRS for the future.
Hosted by the Scottish Land Commission’s Head of Land Rights and Responsibilities, Emma Cooper, with Calista Hobart from the Scottish Government’s Land Reform Policy and Legislation Team, the webinar will include both an overview of the LRRS and of the consultation and there will be the opportunity to ask questions.
